SimpleBlackjack
This plugin is being updated frequently!
With SimpleBlackjack, your players can run a simple command (/blackjack) to begin playing Blackjack!
Place a bet and choose when to stand, then play against the dealer to get closer to 21. The dealer is set to stand at 16. If the dealer goes above 21, you win! If you go over 21 you lose!

Installation: Drag and drop into your plugins folder and restart/reload your server.
Permissions:
blackjack.reload: allows the usage of /blackjackreload
blackjack.spy: allows the usage of /blackjackspy
blackjack.play: allows a player to use the /blackjack command
blackjack.boosters.X: Assign permission based win boosters for players.
Example: blackjack.boosters.3 would reward triple the players bet.
Commands:
/blackjackreload: Reloads the configuration file
/blackjackspy: Allows somebody with the blackjack.spy permission to be notified when a player plays the game.
/blackjack: Will give a player information on how to play
/blackjack <bet amount> <when to stand>: Plays the game
