Added a simple /spawn and /setspawn command

Commands:

- /spawn

- /setspawn

Permissions:

- simplespawn.setspawn

- simplespawn.spawn

How would I give permission to everyone on the server to use this? It only works for OP's

Hey,

You need a permission plugin lijke PermissionEx than you can easily add the correspondenting permissions.
