Simple Smite
Smite is an extremely light weight plugin with only 2 commands.
Commands:
*/smite - Creates a bolt of lightning at the block you’re looking at and creates a small crater, which also deals physical damage to any players in the area.
* /smite (playername) - Same as the above but directly harms the player and any other players in the area.
Permissions
- smite.me - Allows use of /smite

Hey, I would totally let you take over the mod, but the problem is I no longer have the source code. I am actually really surprised I got even 50 downloads let alone nearly 3 thousand.
