It says that is in esES, but is in english

1. The plugin commands doesn't work on console. Why? The plugin is in Alpha, this can be a bug. I will take a look for that if anyone ask me that.

2. Why the server doesn't load the plugin? Probably doesn't load because you are using an older version. I recommend 1.7.9
