Signup
Signup allows players to sign up for an event. When they choose to sign up, their name is added to a list. Admins can view the list, and use it to help them know who will be participating in a event.

If you want 1.4 support, this plugin is compatible. If you want some of the features listed as Coming Soon, I am very busy and I don't know if I can add them. However, another dev can work on it if they want.
