SignRank lets you create signs which people can punch or right click in order to get promoted from the default rank.

The plugin gets disabled, instead of enabled. So it won't create a config file.

So, the plugin is working? Its just saying its not?
Also, there is no plugin folder being created in the plugins Directory, is this normal?

I don't know what causea this. For some reason the plugin gets disabled, instead of enabled. (the onDisable() method gets called, instead of the onEnable() method)
