SignMonitor
SignMonitor
About
SignMonitor is a lightweight plugin that logs all sign placements on your server. It's designed to detect players who are breaking the rules (inappropriate language or advertising, for example). Whenever a player places a sign, the following information is recorded: player name, location, and sign text.
All sign data is stored in /plugins/SignMonitor/signs.txt. Data for individual players in stored in the /plugins/SignMonitor/players/ folder.
Installation
To install SignMonitor, simply drop the JAR into your plugins folder and (re)start your server. No configuration is necessary.
Source Code
SignMonitor is open source, under the BSD license. You can find the source code on GitHub.

Posted Nov 1, 2013@smcerm Sorry it's been awhile, had to shut my server down for a period of time.
Will get this right away. (hopefully Minecraft hasn't broken it.)

Uploaded the new file. It may take a while for it to be approved so you can download it, though.

Posted May 13, 2013Could I recommend maybe adding a Folder that is Named Players, and logs individual player logs. (aswel as the main one that contains all outside the folder) would make things so much easier when keeping an eye on specific players
