Sign Utilities
Updated version For CB 1.4+
Requirements:
- Required: Vault: needed for permssion and economy plugins
- Optional: Any permssion and economy plugin listed on vault page
Information:
-Permissions are now in the plugin. Compatible permissionbukkit(with superbridgeperm). -If you have any idea about other useful things I should had, you're welcome! -Delete the config file before using the version 1.2
Description:
SignUtilities give you useful command for signs.First of all it allow you to change the color of the sign, then you can edit the sign without destroying it. Finally a news system has been introduce in this plugin. Just add news to your newsPaper and everyone will just have to rightclick on the sign to see them. Bored by the commands input on your keyboard? Just wrtite [cmd] on the first line of a sign then the command with the arguments as if you write it in the chat tab!

Yeah that's fine. But make sure so it so only the player who click it see it. And not a server wide msg.

I looked a bit and its impossible print the website screen using a plugin(need a client support) but i can just print the url inside the chat so people can click on it. (as the other plugin is doing)

Yeah you can click links inside chat :) When someone type google.com in chat you can click it. And it pops up a window where you can choose to go to the link go back or copy link. This is a example of plugin that have links on signs: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/linksonsigns/ So you could just make it like the custom commands. So when you type in the config:
and then you place a sign with [google] Or anything like that :p

So when you write www.google.com on a sign and you click it then it brings up the link screen and u can go to google.com

i am probably going to do that. But you can also set displaySignElected: to -1 in the config file(no more sign selected displayed but will be for evreyone).

oh so this is the direct edit bug but since 1.2.4 bukkit remove the ability to update a sign just after its created so i need to find another way of doing it and i have exams coming so i m problably not going to find an answer before the end of april

Normally the text from an existing sign ist pasted to the editing sign. At the moment that doesn't work.
