Showcase

Showcase is the shopping plugin of your choice! It offers highly visible, easy to use shops which are represented by dropped items on slabs.

When using Showcase, you shouldn't get in touch with any command, because Showcase doesn't has commands. All you need to remember is to sneak, right click on a halfstep (aka slab) and a simple assistant will guide you through the setup process.

It's even easier for your users. They just have to click on that shop and again an assistant will lead them through the shopping process

Features

Showcase items on a halfstep block
Items in a showcase can't be picked up
Multiple Showcase types to use:
- Basic - displays the item and nothing more
- Finite - sets up a shop with finite resources
- Infinite - a shop with infinite resources
- Exchange - Exchange items instead of money
- Tutorial - show some text on click
WorldGuard support (will not allow creation of showcases without build permission in that area)
DropChest support (disables picking up items from DropChests)

How to use

Create a Showcase

Build a slab
Sneak
Right click on that slab
Follow the instructions of the assistant

Remove a Showcase

Sneak
Right click on the Showcase

first i wanna start with bukkit dev is the official place for pluggins so please use it. second your plugin dosent shut dont properly it is async third it would be cool if you made it so people could click and by x amount or something like chestshop works almost. the hole words and tones of commands makes showcase distastful and less appealing to lots of server owners. This is what i beleive makes it so that chestshop still leads the way. Just simply make it more userfriendly is all. Just a sugestion of course.

First of all thanks for fixing the slow performance with redstone bug. I have looked into the code and have seen that you use a very fast way with hashmaps on block events. I have tested it and its about 50 times faster with redstone now, than it used to be! Way to go!

If i see your code I think your plugin is faster than showcase standalone but for this i will run some tests on a server with 10000 shops and 1000 redstone events per second

sorry im foolish as it doesnt listen to redstone events it will not matter. Anyways very good job.

If every1 got problems they don't know how to script a server. I have 1.2.4 and i installed this and ShowCaseStandAlone. ShowCaseStandAlone is a very good plugin it's like this. ShowCaseStandAlone is a alternate plugin for this and the author is updating Install that if you wan't the update of ShowCase

This plugin is so good, and the forked version of it is just similar in the fact that you place showcase on a block. Everything else is different. I would really want to see this up again.

Hello, I tryed to get Showcase for my 1.2.4 bukkit server, but it isn't working. Is the plugin going to be updated soon?
