Shout
Simple, easy, awesome. These are all descriptions about Shout. This little plugin packs a punch that can help your server out in many ways. Such as that you can easily define a prefix so if you want Shout to act as HeroBrine or Notch you can. Shout also allows you to customize almost everything about it, but if you're to lazy to do it then today's your lucky day because Shout is premade and ready to go! You can use shout to act as a voting, donation broadcaster and you can use it as a Alert or just a simple shout out. Download Shout to change your server forever :)
Installation
* Drag and drop 'Shout.jar' in your plugins folder
* Restart or Reload your server
Commands
* /Shout | /Vote | /Alert | /Broadcast | /Say | /Donate
