This is a simple plugin that allows players to send chat-formated-messages (shouts) only using a "!" before the message, when a player sends a shout, all the online players can hear a Dragon Growl (regardless of the world in which the player is).
You can now use color/formatting codes to personalize your shout even more!

How to shout?

Simple, you need to add a "!" symbol before your message, you can use color/formatting codes putting a '&' + the code of the color.
Ej:
!&6Hi to all people!
The shout CANNOT BE BLANK, in that case, the plugin will return you a error message. Also you have to be part of the group that has the next permission:

shoutPlugin.shout

All color/formatting codes are expressed in the next page of the Minecraft Official Wiki:
