Shout is a small plugin giving your server chat more depth.

It adds message decay from custom distances, shouts, broadcasts and more usefull functions.

Commands

/shout or /s

Shouts a message across the player's current world.

Permission: shout.shout (def. op)

/broadcast or /br

Broadcasts a message across all worlds.

Permission: shout.broadcast (def. op)

I edited the config to a Range of 40, but everytime I restart the server its again 200. How can I disable the reset to 200 again?
