Shop allows users to quickly create shops to buy and sell items with little effort and no commands to type!

By simply placing a sign in front of a chest, players can create their own shops to buy or sell items!

IMPORTANT:

SHOP IS NO LONGER BEING UPDATED ON BUKKIT.

IT IS AVAILABLE AS A PREMIUM RESOURCE ON SPIGOT HERE

(You need to create an account on Spigot to view the link)

Features:

No commands required.
No permissions required. (But are supported)
Shops visually display the item they are selling.
Compatible with Tekkit.
Plug and Play.

Have a question? Please read these first.

Optional Commands:

/shop list - displays how many shops exist on the server.
/shop refresh - refreshes the display items on all of the shops. (Requires operator permission)

Conflicting Plugins:

PersonalPickup
BlockPickup

Shop Permissions (optional)

shop.use - allows player to use shops
shop.create - allows player to create shops
shop.destroy - allows player to destroy shops
shop.operator - allows player to bypass shop restrictions and regulations

Shop is by far the easiest to use shop plugin to date and is also the most fun. People on your server will not be able to get enough!

This plugin uses an auto-update system which will detect if your plugin is out of date and automatically download the latest version of the plugin. Learn how to disable this service.

This plugin uses plugin metrics, which collects information and sends it to mcstats.org. You can disable this via /plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml if you do not wish to participate in the data collection. Learn more about it here.

I have put many hours of work into this plugin and it is my hope than anyone who enjoys the features it brings to their server will donate.

Hi my server is having problems with Cauldron removing the config files so i have no config. Could you please send me a working config or put it up on the page.

It does come with a physical economy (using items such as Emeralds as currency) but if you want to use a virtual economy (money that each player has) then I would recommend using iConomy

I am in the process of updating my plugins to 1.8. Color Portals will be updated by the end of the week and I will update Shop after. (The updates will include fixes to only the bugs reported through the ticket system so please make a ticket if you want the bug fixed in the upcoming update.)

I love this plugin but recently i started using it on my pixelmon server and people can sell renamed items unlimitedly without losing there item Fix?

Caused by: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "?l1"

Are you using any other "word coloring" plugins when attempting to make a shop? Normally the input string would be "1" but because of the extra formatting, another plugin may be interfering with the text on the sign.

I have been waiting on the release of Sponge to port all of the plugins to that but it has been taking quite a while so I may update a few (including Shop) to 1.8 if it takes much longer. Glad you like the plugin!

Hey, I have been looking for something simple like this all over. But same problem as of late, Bukkit or Spigot no go in 1.8.x... CAN you please update? I can do everything with the items except click the chest to sell the item

So is there a 0% chance this is going to be on spigot/bukkit 1.8 version of shops? I've tried looking for another shop plugin that allows emerald currency but I haven't found anything. Do we have any hope of seeing even just a port compatible with 1.8? Or even a dev version?
