Shop
Shop allows users to quickly create shops to buy and sell items with little effort and no commands to type!
By simply placing a sign in front of a chest, players can create their own shops to buy or sell items!
IMPORTANT:
SHOP IS NO LONGER BEING UPDATED ON BUKKIT.
(You need to create an account on Spigot to view the link)
Features:

- Shops visually display the item they are selling.

Optional Commands:
/shop list - displays how many shops exist on the server.
/shop refresh - refreshes the display items on all of the shops. (Requires operator permission)
Conflicting Plugins:

BlockPickup
Shop Permissions (optional)
shop.use - allows player to use shops
shop.create - allows player to create shops
shop.destroy - allows player to destroy shops
shop.operator - allows player to bypass shop restrictions and regulations
Shop is by far the easiest to use shop plugin to date and is also the most fun. People on your server will not be able to get enough!
This plugin uses an auto-update system which will detect if your plugin is out of date and automatically download the latest version of the plugin. Learn how to disable this service.
This plugin uses plugin metrics, which collects information and sends it to mcstats.org. You can disable this via /plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml if you do not wish to participate in the data collection. Learn more about it here.

Posted Mar 16, 2014Did download Craftbukkit Development Build 1.7.2-R0.4 and shop 1.4.8. Started it local on my windows machine, cut down tree and made a chest and sign and created shop for [shop] 5 1, hit it with wood stopped server and started it again. It did not duplicated item for me!
So the question is now what is the different between us? Did you stop the server o just killed it when you was going to start it again?
Edit: saw your two last post now, will try it out Edit2: Yes!! it seams to be something into it, i try it out some more and write ticket.

Posted Mar 16, 2014Another strange thing is that it only happens around X: around 3000 y: doesn't matter Z: around 3000.
I don't know why but I just found out.

Posted Mar 16, 2014It looks like it only happens if the shop is very far away and then when you tp to it after you restarted your server there are two items floating above the chest.

Is it important to have craftbukkit 1.7.2-R0.3 because I have R.0.4. I think i have the newest version of the shop plugin, I just clicked download then it automatically downloads the newest version, right?

Posted Mar 16, 2014I have a big problem,
When i restart my server the items duplicate and one of the two display items can be picked up. When i restart it again there are even 3 items floating above the chest. 2 can be picked up!
I don't know what to do.
Can someone please help me.

Posted Mar 16, 2014About "display items" glitch !!! I downloaded "CraftBukkit 1.7.2-R0.3" + "Shop v1.4.8"
Created 2 sell shop as admin, reloaded, rebooted couple of times. Created 1 sell shop 10000, blocks away, reloaded, rebooted couple of times. Unable to reproduce the glitch.
If we want to help we must reproduce the glitch on a clean local server and write ticket with the steps else its almost impossible for snowgear and spymaster to fix it!
@snowgear & spymaster Seen this glitch happen one more time on my live server, but only one randomly chest got display item duplicated, and you could pick it up, no logic to it. It seams to happen when server is loaded, would it be possible to add a procedure that is called last after plugin is loaded to control world for lose floating display items and remove them, to solve this temporary?

Posted Mar 15, 2014The glitch where display items being able to be picked up still exists. I created a shop in a far part of the world (past a million blocks) and every so often when I warp there, there will be 2 items on display; one acting normally, one just floating there being able to be picked up. Other shops in the world act normally just not these 2.

Posted Mar 15, 2014When I create a regular shop and restart the server another item will pop up on the chest and that item can be picked up. This doesn't happen if I create a shop as OP (admin at bottom). Halp

Posted Mar 14, 2014Bug Report SV:1.6.4 Disables elevators from working with CraftBook - http://www.curse.com/bukkit-plugins/minecraft/craftbook tried multiple versions had the same results. It saying permission error. If I remove the shop plug-in elevators worked perfectly.

Posted Mar 14, 2014When I restart my server I can still pick up the display items, they're in my inventory as display items though...but I can still use them as they were the item. Im also having trouble changing the currency and editing the "rupee" name, it worked in previous versions for me, but not the 1.7.2 one. Im stuck with default settings.

Have tried to reproduce it now for a while without success, and my live server runs without any issue, have no clue how it got triggered, it must be long shoot. Anyone else out there able to reproduce it ??
Btw: Added ticket, think the plugin need a "restrict max shops" in config, else big risk players start to spam shops when its no cost attached to it.
