Shop
Shop allows users to quickly create shops to buy and sell items with little effort and no commands to type!
By simply placing a sign in front of a chest, players can create their own shops to buy or sell items!
IMPORTANT:
SHOP IS NO LONGER BEING UPDATED ON BUKKIT.
(You need to create an account on Spigot to view the link)
Features:
- No commands required.
- No permissions required. (But are supported)
- Shops visually display the item they are selling.
- Compatible with Tekkit.
- Plug and Play.
Have a question? Please read these first.
Optional Commands:
/shop list - displays how many shops exist on the server.
/shop refresh - refreshes the display items on all of the shops. (Requires operator permission)
Conflicting Plugins:
PersonalPickup
BlockPickup
Shop Permissions (optional)
shop.use - allows player to use shops
shop.create - allows player to create shops
shop.destroy - allows player to destroy shops
shop.operator - allows player to bypass shop restrictions and regulations
Shop is by far the easiest to use shop plugin to date and is also the most fun. People on your server will not be able to get enough!
This plugin uses an auto-update system which will detect if your plugin is out of date and automatically download the latest version of the plugin. Learn how to disable this service.
This plugin uses plugin metrics, which collects information and sends it to mcstats.org. You can disable this via /plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml if you do not wish to participate in the data collection. Learn more about it here.
I have put many hours of work into this plugin and it is my hope than anyone who enjoys the features it brings to their server will donate.

Might I suggest adding an alias to the /shop command? Also please add BossShop to the list of conflicting plugins. BossShop also uses a command label "shop."

What ever happend I had set up my shop and it worked, now I come back and all signs are empty and the items go back to my invo, so it doesn't work.
- Blank Signs - Multiple items on the top - They go to my invo once I get close - They say displayname with many numbers.

Posted Dec 17, 2013I've been experiencing the same problems as previous posts.
1. Sometimes after a server reboot, the floating items disappear and the shops are bust.
2. It's now about 50% working. It asks you to punch the sign with the item to sell/buy, but nothing happens.

Posted Dec 17, 2013First I would like to say I love the simplicity of setting up shops with this plugin, but I am having a few issues with it...
First, I went through my entire world and set up admin shops...came back the next day and they were ALL broken except for one. None of them had items floating on top and you could not buy/sell from them.. I checked the backup file an it only had the one shop in there that was still working...Fine, not the end of the world, I can re-do it right?
Well, I went ahead and re-did them, came back the next morning and the items on top of the chests were duplicating...Yes, and you could pick them up...When you pick up a duplicated item, it is named "Display Item" and it has those random changing characters after the name
I would love to keep this plugin, but I would need a fix for the duplication...Would it be possible for you to make an option in the config to disable item display? I would be perfectly happy to keep it and manually use item frames to display my item.

Posted Dec 17, 2013Little note, when i log in close to floating object i snatch it sometimes, am trying to reproduce it but not sure how it fails yet, but the object name is "displayitemxxx", ill will try isolate the procedure and get back on it :)

Posted Dec 16, 2013The problem I have on my server is, I can create the shops fine but when is says "Now just hit the sign with the item you want to sell to others players!" I hit it with the item i want to sell but nothing happens.

Posted Dec 15, 2013This is a great plugin, but I'm having the same problem thecrunchmaster is having. Whenever the server reloads or restarts, almost all signs are wiped. I know you've acknowledged that you're going to work on it, but I wanted to let you know I'm having the same problem. Good luck in your plugin adventures :P
