Shop
Shop allows users to quickly create shops to buy and sell items with little effort and no commands to type!
By simply placing a sign in front of a chest, players can create their own shops to buy or sell items!
IMPORTANT:
SHOP IS NO LONGER BEING UPDATED ON BUKKIT.
(You need to create an account on Spigot to view the link)
Features:
- No commands required.
- No permissions required. (But are supported)
- Shops visually display the item they are selling.
- Compatible with Tekkit.

Have a question? Please read these first.
Optional Commands:
/shop list - displays how many shops exist on the server.
/shop refresh - refreshes the display items on all of the shops. (Requires operator permission)
Conflicting Plugins:
PersonalPickup
BlockPickup
Shop Permissions (optional)
shop.use - allows player to use shops
shop.create - allows player to create shops
shop.destroy - allows player to destroy shops
shop.operator - allows player to bypass shop restrictions and regulations
Shop is by far the easiest to use shop plugin to date and is also the most fun. People on your server will not be able to get enough!
This plugin uses an auto-update system which will detect if your plugin is out of date and automatically download the latest version of the plugin. Learn how to disable this service.
This plugin uses plugin metrics, which collects information and sends it to mcstats.org. You can disable this via /plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml if you do not wish to participate in the data collection. Learn more about it here.
I have put many hours of work into this plugin and it is my hope than anyone who enjoys the features it brings to their server will donate.

Haha I know it may seem like the display items are not working because I could not figure out how to get them to work but I just forgot one line when rewriting the code. After this next quick patch update they will work flawlessly. And I will fix the buying issue as well.

I'm having the same issue as @bratpitt
I cannot create buying shops. I've used this plugin before with other bukkit versions and it was all OK, this time i'm using craftbukkit-1.7.2-R0.1-20131207.033645-22.
Hope this get fixed soon because this is a nice, simple and light plugin :D

Posted Dec 12, 2013The floating object above cheat is lovely, but it seems tricky too get it right, so why not make this a configurable option? I would prefer to disable it if a glitch is found and be able to still run this shop system rather then have to remove it completely from server.
Based on my suggestion the sign layout would have to change slightly and somehow have the object name in it. What about change first line to [buy shop] and [sell shop] and let the last line become name of object you hit with? Then players could put Item Frame with object above chest them self, which is part o game of engine and there for less chance of glitch.
Keep up good work, I really looking forward until this plug-in works flawless and I will donate again when it happens :)

Cant create "[shop] 8 1 buy". When it says hit sign with what you want to buy it says success you created selling shop, sign says Buying buts its an selling shop.
And another thing is if you not careful and hit sign with a stack it rips you off and you will only have 2 left!
Edit: And you can snatch floating obj by dropping another one on it.

Might I suggest using online sharing (Github, Google Drive, Mediafire, Zippyshare ect.) for the time being, or would that defy rules of Bukkit? (You should delete it once Bukkit accepts the plugin.)

The third one was rejected as well. Apparently the documentation of the plugins use of Metrics (keeps track of data so I can see how many people use my plugin) was not clear enough so I must submit another one. Sorry to everyone. I just want you guys to have the latest version but Bukkit has become a lot more strict on their policies recently.

Posted Dec 10, 2013I just have a prob... the chest isn't protected... when I put the dirt that I want to sell for exemple in the chest, everyone can ¨steal" it... there is no exchange at this point... only a chest like a normal one... help plz :)

Posted Dec 7, 2013When i create a little buy thing with a chest and sign ([shop] 5 1) and hit it with some stake the item is floating above the chest and the chest is stocked but when one of my friends right clicks it nothing happens! (in the config file i have set the currency to be iron) am I'm I doing something wrong or is this a bug??? Please Help this plugin would be AWESOME if it worked.
