Shop allows users to quickly create shops to buy and sell items with little effort and no commands to type!

By simply placing a sign in front of a chest, players can create their own shops to buy or sell items!

IMPORTANT:

SHOP IS NO LONGER BEING UPDATED ON BUKKIT.

IT IS AVAILABLE AS A PREMIUM RESOURCE ON SPIGOT HERE

(You need to create an account on Spigot to view the link)

Features:

No commands required.
No permissions required. (But are supported)
Shops visually display the item they are selling.
Compatible with Tekkit.
Plug and Play.

Have a question? Please read these first.

Optional Commands:

/shop list - displays how many shops exist on the server.
/shop refresh - refreshes the display items on all of the shops. (Requires operator permission)

Conflicting Plugins:

PersonalPickup
BlockPickup

Shop Permissions (optional)

shop.use - allows player to use shops
shop.create - allows player to create shops
shop.destroy - allows player to destroy shops
shop.operator - allows player to bypass shop restrictions and regulations

Shop is by far the easiest to use shop plugin to date and is also the most fun. People on your server will not be able to get enough!

This plugin uses an auto-update system which will detect if your plugin is out of date and automatically download the latest version of the plugin. Learn how to disable this service.

This plugin uses plugin metrics, which collects information and sends it to mcstats.org. You can disable this via /plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml if you do not wish to participate in the data collection. Learn more about it here.

I have put many hours of work into this plugin and it is my hope than anyone who enjoys the features it brings to their server will donate.

There is a new update being processed by Bukkit that will fix this issue. Sometimes Bukkit staff take longer to approve files than other times.

Wanted to let you know i discovered that your pluggin is nice but today i discovered that when i logged in a walked by the chests all the items on top of them came off and into my inventory. Just thought you would like to be informed of this

No this update will have roughly the same features as before (with the addition of a few new small ones along with bug fixes and whatnot.) The next update after this most recent one will include bartering in a cleanly implemented way.

I noticed you're adding in support for bartering. Are you planning on getting that in on this next update as well?

May I ask if your going to update this plugin for 1.7?

I could not get this to work in 1.6.4 so i am guessing it does not work in 1.7 either.

I was able to get it to create the shops but when you click on the items to buy it just add another item to the top of the chest. e,g holding emeralds to buy an item was putting emeralds on top of the chest with the item that was suppose to be selling or buying.

I have fixed the display item issue for the next update and I am rewriting a lot of code to optimize the plugin. I should have version 1.4.5 out within a few days.

You don't need this just give yourself the shop.operator permission and if you punch the sign it will get rid of it

doesnt work for me on 1.6.4 (mcpc+) or Bukkit 1.6.4R2.0

By default: useVault is false, itemId is the same, name is Emeralds, amountToStart is same if you want to go default. Leave the doubled arrows out on top and bottom though, Hope this helps you.

Would you add one simple command plz? like /shop delete then punch the sign. I have a mod that created one in the middle of the floor and i cant seem to figure out how to get rid of it.

Delete your empty config file and restart your server. A new one will be generated.

Can someone please give me a working config file? Mine was empty upon creation and I added the nodes but doesnt seem to be working. I am using 1.5.2. Cannot get it to change currency
