Shop
Shop allows users to quickly create shops to buy and sell items with little effort and no commands to type!
By simply placing a sign in front of a chest, players can create their own shops to buy or sell items!
IMPORTANT:
SHOP IS NO LONGER BEING UPDATED ON BUKKIT.
(You need to create an account on Spigot to view the link)
Features:
- No commands required.
- No permissions required. (But are supported)
- Shops visually display the item they are selling.
- Compatible with Tekkit.

Have a question? Please read these first.
Optional Commands:
/shop list - displays how many shops exist on the server.
/shop refresh - refreshes the display items on all of the shops. (Requires operator permission)
Conflicting Plugins:
PersonalPickup
BlockPickup
Shop Permissions (optional)
shop.use - allows player to use shops
shop.create - allows player to create shops
shop.destroy - allows player to destroy shops
shop.operator - allows player to bypass shop restrictions and regulations
Shop is by far the easiest to use shop plugin to date and is also the most fun. People on your server will not be able to get enough!
This plugin uses an auto-update system which will detect if your plugin is out of date and automatically download the latest version of the plugin. Learn how to disable this service.
This plugin uses plugin metrics, which collects information and sends it to mcstats.org. You can disable this via /plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml if you do not wish to participate in the data collection. Learn more about it here.

Posted Aug 24, 2013When I try to setup shop, the chest is gone but the item is there. If I add the chest, the sign is not there. I try to config to money, but it don't work. I do have vault and the chest is not working for me. Why the chest gone when I set it up. Not working for me. I even use the out of date version and try and it still don't work. I follow the same step on the video and everything but I can't find how to get this plugin work.

Posted Aug 24, 2013This has only happened with one shop I tried to create.
I created it under my username to test if the way I made currency work as economy money instead of emeralds, and it did, so I tried to remove it and despite being the creator, it kept telling me I had to break the sign to remove the shop. I was indeed trying to remove the sign, both in survival mode and creative mode. I tested with two other different shops both under my own username, and as an admin shop and I could remove those without issue.
I didn't know what to do so I world edited it away. it won't be too much of an issue I think, but I tested a new chest in its old place, and it just did the same song and dance.

He's aware of the issue, I posted a ticket about it nearly three weeks ago, got no response or reply. A fellow admin on my server managed to get a response about it, he claims it will be fixed next update.
Besides that, I want to report CraftBook as a conflicting plugin, it prevents the signs from being properly formatted, which makes it impossible to create admin or buy shops. I posted about this issue as well and never received a response, though I finally managed to find the source.

Posted Aug 16, 2013there is a glitch letting you duplicate blocks... drop a block stack onto a chest selling that block, block stacks join together giving you a free block.

Posted Aug 16, 2013I love the crud out of this plugin, but I worry that players may abuse it as extra protected storage. Is there a way to limit how many chest-shops players can make, as a whole and/or per player? Is there a way to force non-shop items (that are not for buying/selling/currency) from being stored in the chest?
Either way, thank you for this marvelous plugin that I plan on using on my fledgling server.

Posted Aug 13, 2013Could you make the currency gold instead of emeralds? Emeralds are more rare than diamonds and gold is mostly useless and more common than emeralds and diamonds.

Posted Aug 8, 2013When I click a buy sign it wants to sell the item and when I click a sell sign it buys the item. The plugin is really screwed up with the buy and sell sign. It is opposite. Is it my computer or server or is it a bug? If it is a bug could you please fix it as soon as possible? Thanks! Great plugin by the way as long as the buy and sell signs aren't opposite. :)
