Does your staff have a tough time keeping up with in game chat? ShockStaff is a plugin that makes it easy to see when someone needs help on the server so they don't think you are ignoring them! Easiest staff notification plugin!
Features
/mod - command sends staff notification that you need help.
Installation
Drag ShockStaff.jar into your plugins folder and start your server!
Add shockstaff.staff permission node to recieve notifications
Done!

shockstaff.staff
For staff members that you want to get notifications when players type /mod
Made For
This plugin was made for swarlocraft.com servers which I own.
If you wish to check out a server that has the plugin enabled try: f.swarlocraft.com
Future
Things that I am planning on adding. I am always open to suggestions!
- Require a reason for calling staff. Command would be /mod reason. And would return false if no reason was provided.
- Limit frequency command can be sent by a player to avoid spam.

I would love the /mod [reason] feature though, as I kinda have "departments" so it would help narrow down who needs to go and help out!
