ShipwreckedWorldGen

Shipwrecked World Generator is a world generator designed for Bukkit. It generates islands of various sizes, including many realistic terrain features as further described on this page.
Highlighted Features:
- Realistic biome transitions
- Multiworld support
- Encourages exploration
- Randomly generated loottable structures (WIP)
- Extensive cave systems, discouraging strip mining, and encouraging exploration
Installation:
Multiverse:
- use /mvcreate worldname normal -g ShipGen
- Note: This build of Multiverse is required if you prefer not to have a bunch of errors in your log when editing structures. (The AwesomeBuild has no issues other than console spamming)
MultiWorld:
- use /mw create worldname plugin:ShipGen

Structures are in high development. Only available in the preview builds. And no official structures are added yet.

Posted Sep 19, 2013Look forward to an official 0.8 build soon! Finishing bugfixes and polishing. In the meantime there is a snapshot build out with structure spawning enabled, editor physics mitigated, and many bugfixes.

Because the title image is what shipwrecks will look like. But they are a structure, which has not been released yet. (As you can see, it isnt linked like the rest in the main page)

Posted Aug 30, 2013You should add an option to lower the ore spawn rate, because I just found a pocket of a stack of iron; which is completely over any logical use.
Also, you should make the caverns a little.. less flat.

Okay thanks. The floating water in caves is not severe, it just a couple of water source blocks generation at same height as other water, but in the middle of starting cave.
The overall map is very nice, though.

They will be in the final 0.80 release, currently there is only a bugged version of the structure editor (what you can use to create custom structures) But today or tomorrow there will be a new preview build with the full, working editor. Structures actually generating in the world will come shortly after in the 0.80 release.
