The plugin requires vault and an economy-plugin!
General
Sharemarket adds a virtual stock-exchange. You can buy/ sell (virtual) shares of ressources. The price of each share is calculated by the rate of blocks being destroyed in a certain period and some other factors like buying or selling shares. It is possible to earn much money if you are skilled. In our latest version (1.1) variable shares are supported. That means you can choose every block as a share you want. Blocks like water or monsterspawner may not be chosen but if you want you can do this.
How to install
To install sharemarket download the latest version, or whatever version you want. Downloadlink at the right →
- Download the sharemarket.jar file
- Check if you have the right bukkit version (Below the link you see which version sharemarket need)
- Drive to your plugins folder at your bukkit server
- Simply drag and drop the jar to your server
- Restart your server
- Now sharemarket works at your server

Posted Jun 19, 2013When using PermissionsEX I can't seem to be able to get the permissions nodes for my users to work, it's only the admin who can use it, this despite that I have added it into the permissions file.
Secondly there is alot of words that are misspelled, ex in the logfile "user buyed" is suppose to be "user bought" and the /help command ingame is a mix between german and english.
Otherwise great plugin, apart for these things I love it!

Posted Jun 9, 2013I Must say, if you get this plugin and unsure How to use it, Start with the signs. on the sign put sharemarket on line 1 then Buy or Sell on line 2 then on 3 How much stock to sell, then Stock name. Nice plugin, Thanks guys :D

Posted Jun 4, 2013Hey, I love the idea of this pluign, but as you requested below I have a few things that I'd love to see in it!
First off, for some reason whenever I try to change the price of the blocks it doesn't work...Maybe I'm doing something wrong there.
Secondly, I would love to be able to add more blocks. For me, this works:

'16': 1

'45': 2

Posted May 27, 2013Upload version 0.6 as a test version for 1.0, pls report any bugs also issues with price or trend (e.g. price increases up to 100,000).
Just have to wait for stuff-team to approve it.
P.S: Changelog will come with version 1.0 cause its to large ;)

Atm we try to build a version that is stable. Thanks for reporting this bug, but, i´m sorry, you have to wait unitl we upload version 1.0 (this takes some time).
In v1.0 price and trend shouldn´t be calculated like in this beta versions. We have some ideas how it could be influenced so that place/mine not works.

Could a player not collect a bunch of ores and place/mine for about 15 minutes to seriously spike the share price and get big rewards?

I tested it and it worked, how can i reproduce your error?
For example i add the group user the sm.user.* permission and i am able to perform /smbuy for example
i test a bit with messages to look better and the prefix should be smaller
