The players in creative mode can place plants. and the sugar cane drops the item. Same with signs and ladder!
I think need more permissions. like here: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/creativecontrolbykubqoa.9988/

http://pastebin.ca/3198193 <- new issue, after upgrading. Regular pastebin wasn't working. Only happens with ShareControl, floods console of errors.
I have to restart the server once a while to get this fixed. Please check it out.

There's one more issue, that's a bit more complicated. When using PreciousStones and I place a protection from creative, when I break it while still in creative, the block drops and anyone can pick it up.

Posted Apr 10, 2015@Bodyash This plug-in I decided to do so in others for me personally a lot of different bugs. In LimitedCreative most bugs I found. Separeted creative inventory and survival inventory occurs in all worlds.
