For monster egg yes, in config.yml "blocking-inventory". For normal egg not now.

To fix this you need to know how the plugin PlotMe and how it is configured you. It is possible that when teleporting the player changes the game mode and here starts our plugin and possibly PlotMe and they conflict. We will try to do something. Posted Mar 23, 2015a lot of inventory dupe cloning problems i have a creative plotme world and a survival and all the times inventory is swapped on teleport, not so good for now, please fix if u can i really need this but in this way its useless. i have spigot 1.8 and i also use a multiverse inventory, but also tried with multiinv and same problems.
