- Move the plugin to your bukkit's plugin folder

It'd be even better if you could make it work with MultiVerse and similar plugins to display the world in chat too, because after downloading this plugin the world the player is currently in is not displayed anymore. It's not very importaint, but it'd be a handy feature ;)

I think you should add permissions. Staff/OP colors could be more noticable indicating they are Staff/OP and have something important to share. Regular players would have a duller, less-noticable color.
