YES this is the advanced version of my SetSunny plugin. I'm proud to tell that I coded this all by myself.
Now, this version has 1 core class and 3 command handlers to shorten the "onCommand" part.

Permissions

- Permissions default to OP

- "SetSunny.*" Wildcard permission.

- "SetSunny.local"  Gives access to "/sun" "/rain" and "/storm"
         "SetSunny.local.sun"
         "SetSunny.local.rain"
         "SetSunny.local.storm"

- "SetSunny.world"  Gives access to "/[sun | rain | storm] [world] [duration]"
         "SetSunny.world.sun"
         "SetSunny.world.rain"
         "SetSunny.world.storm"
