SetSkin, and a simple and useful plugin for any server. This plugin is used to set a players skin in what could be a perk for VIPs in a way, more geared mainly for pirates players.
Possibility to set default skin for player without skin, Ex AlexHacker1 if the player (Owner of TintaHost) was a pirate and no player has this permission your skin would be defined by the config of your choice.
