SentryGun
Introduction:
This Plugin allowes you to create SentryGuns in Minecraft. You have to build the SentryGun like on the picture down below.
The gun automatically search for targets in a radius of 13 Blocks. If there are any target, the SentryGun will shoot with arrow on them.
To activate the Sentrygun, just fill some projectiles from the list down below in the Chest and turn on the lever in front of the Sentrygun. The dropped items from dead players or mobs are automatically
gathers in the chest.

- The dropped items are automatically gathers in the chest next to the Sentry
- Shoot with arrows, snowballs, firecharges
- Exact aiming
- Player Whitelist
Permissions:
- sentrygun.use (to toggle the SentryGun on/off)
Configuration:
If you want to enable player shooting, just edit the Config.yml in the /plugin/SentryGun/ folder and change "shootingplayers" to true.
If you want to change the shooting speed(in milliseconds), just edit "shootingspeed".
If you want to autorefill the sentrygun with arrows without arrows in the chest, change "autorefill" to true.
Installation:
just put the .jar file in your plugin folder and restart/reload your server!
Planned:
- Add a config in which you can edit the Blocks from the Sentrygun. For example the Iron Block in a Gold block or waht ever.
- SentryGuns collects no longer dropped items from users, just from killed mobs by the SentryGun
At the moment the plugin needs one or more videos to show the SentryGun in action! PM me if you want to make a video for this plugin!

Posted Jun 18, 2015Can you add team restriction? or some tag? i would like to use this but not friendlyfire on teammates only enemies. add a restriction like the team the owner is on will not shoot that team, but all others

Posted May 5, 2015Hello, your plugin is amazing but i do have one problem with it. The permission does not do anything. I have a server with classes and the engineer is supposed to be the only one to be able to turn on or off the sentry but anyone can do it. it says " you do not the the permission to use this sentry" but they can still do it. Could you please fix this. and another thing the sound is very annoying and loud, please put in the config to be able to turn it on or off. Other than that the plugin is great

Posted Nov 29, 2014Can you make a mob SentryGun? I want to use it in my Mob-Arena server, so probably make a custom spawn egg that spawns a mob sentry(snowgolem, or whatever) that has a bullet limit?

Posted Jul 24, 2014The sentry gun shoots mobs that are not even in its Line Of Sight. It sometimes shoots for no reason and it it even shoots itself.
Please fix? :c

permissions to bypass, for example, i have a military base, i want the sentry gun to shoot at RANDOM people who aRE NOT SOLDIERS!
maybe have the dispenser rotate?

If you drop any item next to a chest that its using, it will be sucked. I dropped stuff, it got sucked up into the chest. I only want the death stuff...
Also, my sentry went on without the lever being pressed, and it kept shooting this sheep. No damage at all, no damage animation. (Actually, If I put arrows in, then turn it on, and off, it still tries shooting, when it runs out of arrows, it like just loses target, until turned on.)
I put snowballs, that do an damage animation, but no actual damage. It killed the sheep.
How does that work?

Posted Jun 28, 2014Can i use this plugin for 1.6.4 server??? I installed it on 1.6.4 and everything works except it doesn't shoot, it says sentry turned on but it doesn't shoot
(version of craftbukkit is the recomended 1.6.4 version)
