Basic description
You don't want to promote every user manually? You can't be 24h online to promote guests when they come for example at night? Then is this the best plugin to help you. The new guests have to enter a secret password wich is for example on you homepage in the rules, but you can also create a [Promote] sign wich the guests have to find in the map.

If you have an other Permission System please write it in the comments.

You can disallow the Players to type in /pw with the Permissions. iConomy is a good idea but i have some problems with it at the moment ;)

Posted Jul 17, 2012Could you possibly and an option in to allow for them to type the command in correctly only once. Players can spam ranking up if they type the /pw in over and over. :/
I have a suggestion too that I thought might be cool for the signs if possible, make an option for them to have a price to rank up with in-game money. I know that's a lot more work to get linked with vault and all that but that would be awesome.

Yes, is the text on the sign in the second line? I'am from germany i can't do english tutorials but if you want you can make one, but there are many german tutorials you can watch.

Posted Jul 8, 2012i dont understand the promote through sign at all ive hit it with left and right click and i get nothing ive tried a combination of everything but i cant get it working and you don't really explain it, there are no video tutorials for it either much less one in english
going to use asknselfpromote works flawlessly

This has nothing to do with SelfPromote. You have to enter the right permissions into your Permissions System. Here you can find the Permissions:

geht das auch, dass zum beispiel (bei mir jetzt) gäste ein passwort eingeben, dann werden sie zum builder. Dann geben Builder ein anderes passwort ein, und die werden dann zum moderator usw. Könntest du das machen?? Daas wäre echt sehr nett!!

Das hat nichts mit SelfPromote zu tun. Weil wenn SelfPromote jemanden promotet ist es so als hättest du als Admin den Befehl eingegeben. Probier mal ganz normal zu promoten also mit dem Befehl und guck ob das gleiche passiert.

Posted Jun 26, 2012Ich hab das Problem, das sich die Leute zwar mit dem Passwort selber freischalten können, aber das sie anch einem Reload/Restart wieder Gäste sind. woran aknn das liegen, was hab ich falsch gemacht? :?

Dir ist glaube ich ein kleiner Fehler unterlaufen ;)
Beim englischen Passwort kann man nur mit Befehlen machen, nicht durch aleiniges eintippen.
Wär nett, wenn du das Fixen könntest, wenn nicht is auch egal.

Habe nämlich eins bei mir in den Regeln versteckt und die gibts auf Deutsch und Englisch. Das deutsche Wort fällt im englischen Text ja direkt auf ^^

Why do you need that, all tyou need to promote them up/down. or do you mean the /pw command needs a permission node to use /pw command.the
