ShowCaseStandalone

ShowCaseStandalone is like ShowCase but without the dependancies, and a more efficient way to create shops. With SCS, you can buy, sell, and display items, which float above blocks. You can use most of the major economy and permissions plugins with this, along with some special options for Towny.
Development builds of this project can be acquired at the provided continuous integration server. These builds have not been approved by the BukkitDev staff. Use them at your own risk.

Metric
This plugin utilises Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:
- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.

For about half an hour, then I checked in the yaml-storage folder and still nothings in there...
Is it supposed to do this or take this long? If not can you re-upload b402? Everything worked fine for me then lol.
PS: Just noticed it says Task #69 for ShowCaseStandalone v472 but I'm pretty sure im running on b482?
Edit: Downloaded latest dev build which I can confirm is v484 and /scs import ffss still generates errors but it works :). I think the wrong version was uploaded by you guys :s! aha.

Posted Feb 17, 2013I forgot about it. If you place other kind of item what the shawcase display the item dissapears and you couldn't take out or get back.

Posted Feb 17, 2013Otherwise the latest dev build (b482) is all good, but I have 2 major problems. The shopkeepers won't get any money when someone buys from their shops, and the showcases cannot be removed by anyone. Tell me if I'm doing something wrong with this and fix this soon in case it's a bug because my server's economy depends on this. :( I'm using iConomy and latest vault if that helps.

Posted Feb 16, 2013Loaded the latest one this morning... It erased all my shop displays and messed up a bunch of my sell signs (using Essentials Signs). I reloaded 402 back up to get the shop displays back and had to re-do all the messed up signs.

hey, I recently found a bug and it really needs to be fixed
scs latest version for minecraft 1.4.7
Scs will now allow you to use displays as an unlimited storage for a specific item, however this is not the problem. The problem is that if you put, for example, 192 water bottles in a water bottle display, you can right click the display and take the glass bottles out as 3x one stack of 64. Obviously you are still wondering what the problem is with that. Let me tell you: If you put 3 stack of glassbottles in a brewingstand and you put netherward in the brewing stand you will create 3 stacks of awkward potions and if you use only one ghasttear you will create 3 stacks of regeneration potions. If you're trying to drink a potion that is stacked you will still drink it and it will just put the glass bottle in your inventory.
This trick works with all kind of unstackable items and in this way you can obtain some items that would normally be hard to get very easily!
(if you stack weapons tools or armour the whole stack wil degrade, but you can still use it to take alot of supplies with you and just take out another pickaxe from you stack when your other pickaxe has decayed)
I hope you can fix this soon because this bug ruins the fun of gathering recources and making money.

Thanks for fixing written book and Enchanting equipment bug~ but... written book's name still couldn't show in SCS shop. How to change item and Enchanting effect to other language?
Edit: "`gRight-click on the showcase, or type `Y/scs abort `gto abort." This message won't appear no matter create or delete shop. Is that bug? I' m using #139 from Jenkins.
Edit: Any way to buy/sell a specified amount of items?

Shops Loaded: 0
Can I get a link to b402? That worked fine with me.
Edit: Seems there are no shops in the YAML storage folder lol..

Posted Feb 15, 2013@Nuinethir I totally agree and have the same issue - prior to updating I could still buy from Unlimited shops while still Op'ed. I'd like that feature returned and / or the ability to make unlimited shops show the name Server so it doesn't look like I'm the one selling.

I am used to plugins like SignShop but I would rather use your plugin for the floating item feature.
Do you have a way to set up server shops so that it doesn't interfere with my personal funds? If not, do you have plans to implement such? Thanks.
