ShowCaseStandalone is like ShowCase but without the dependancies, and a more efficient way to create shops. With SCS, you can buy, sell, and display items, which float above blocks. You can use most of the major economy and permissions plugins with this, along with some special options for Towny.
Development builds of this project can be acquired at the provided continuous integration server. These builds have not been approved by the BukkitDev staff. Use them at your own risk.

Metric
This plugin utilises Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:
- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.

Found the issue, will be fixed in the next build I´ll upload.
Until then you can run the comamnd ("/scs purge w:<worldname>") from the console - which should work fine.

This code is the unique Id of the shop and is only shown to the server admins,
for debuging reasons, you cannot disable it.

Posted Oct 17, 2012I have an odd problem. Updated SCS (b143_recommended) can't find my ffss files which I saved (I am using huge number of shops in spawn town). Error spams something like that: WARNING [SCS] Couldn't load file: /plugins/ShowCaseStandalone/ffs-storage/ffss_c4dca8210e7b34e4040f3a14a8dfc15ead833e60 What I did: just imported ffss folder in new plugin folder.

Posted Oct 17, 2012I have a question and its a rather stupid question. Im probably over looking it but.. here goes.... Im trying to place saplings down for the display and its not working. i know this is because of the blacklist but ive tried three diffrent things to get this to work. Ive tried making blacklist flase (the one where theres the entire list of them) and than up further theres one that says blacklist also and ive also tried setting that to false. Ive also tried removing saplings from the list and reloading.What am i doing wrong?

Aragg, even if I load up the worlds I have no idea where the shops are, the plugin breaks if I don't have the worlds loaded, and there are about 5 old worlds I want to delete, they eat up RAM if I just keep them idle and empty.
Unless you make the world purge command go through the storage files, I'm going to have to start from scratch and royally piss off about 30 people, or manually go through the literal thousand of files and delete the ones I don't want one by one...
(The good news is, that this plugin is so great, that I'm willing to do all of this just to get it working :3)

Posted Oct 15, 2012Thanks a ton for all of your work on this plugin! I've noticed you guys are going through hell to get everything working perfect, and wanted you to know I appreciate it.
Quick question though: Hoe exactly do I use the /scs purge w:,worldname>?
I've been using it as such (/scs purge w:world) and cannot seem to get it working. I have showcases in two old worlds, and I can't seem to kill them.
If it helps at all, the worlds aren't loaded. Do they need to be?

But when a drop a item on a showcase with same item i lose the item.
With previous versions i could just put 64 items on the showcase and couldn't drop stuff in it anymore but now i just lose the item with recent versions.

Posted Oct 14, 2012I don't know if anyone else is having this issues, but items used in shops don't properly stack with items not previously used in shops. As well as shops pertaining potions specifically (haven't seen it with other items) not accepting potions of the same kind (I.E. I make a shop selling Potion of Strength II, and later make some more potions to add to that shop, but they aren't accepted. Any fixes for this?

We're on the latest version of nolagg, always check and update the major plugins. That error has been consistent with us, idk why. I see bkcommonlib updated so ill update that and see if the problem is still there.
Edit: Updating bkcommonlib fixed that, awesome! We always keep up to date with nolagg and bk and still saw that error, i see bk changelog says they fixed something with showcase. Now we dont have to stare at that error and wonder anymore

In b146 you can use "/scs repair restore" to repair the damaged shops,
to restore them or "/scs repair delete" to delete them if they are stuck in blocks.
