Guide:
First you need to put the schematic file in the schematics folder.Then you need to register it in the schematics config.Make the schematic key's value to the name of the schematic file.Then you need to set the permission required to load the schematic in the permission key.The whole costs section is optional.It allows you to set the cost for loading the schematic.The cost can be either XP levels or money(Requires Vault). You can configure the costs by taking a look at the config image. Then you need to set the item in which the schematic will be stored in.But first you need to create it in the items config.

Follow the example to create it in the items config(Note: lore means description). Then set the value of the item key in the schematics config to the name of the item in the items config.
