Which server version are you running on? Also paper or spigot, etc? I'm not having those issues you describe on Paper 1.18 - 1.19.2.

Papper 1.19, look fast esc and left mouse click (attak and little move hand), and with drop items problems. Hackers drop all my players items and kill my pets on stream. (
