What can you do?
With this plugin, you can make a list of rules and every player can see it in game. You can manage your list from the game or from the plugin file.
How can you do it?
There is three commands:
- rules : displays the rules in the chat, if you have more than five rules, it separates them in groups of five and you can display each of them by using rules <page>
- addrule <rule> : adds the rule at the end of the list
- removerule <number> : removes the rule at the specified place of the list.
Permissions
to add a rule you need to have the addrule.toggle permission, same for removing a rule, (removerule.toggle)

Posted May 20, 2013I edit the rules through the config.yml but everytime I start my server up it resets back to how it was when I downloaded the plugin.. Help?

This plugin is new, it has to be approved by bukkit, to make sure the file is safe. Who knows, he could be publishing some malicious software. Bukkit doesn't want that, and it takes a while for new plugins to get accepted, you should be seeing the download button showing up soon enough.
