The recipes are not listed yet. You can check out the block/item config to check the recipes. The register/safe/anvil don't have a recipe. The register and the safe are intended because you don't want people to be able to have a register/safe in there own house do you ?

Sorry, but then I can't help it, the version before the latest dev version crashes when you close a custom gui, we should just wait for spout to fix it and then stay on that version since spout dev builds are very unstable as you can see.
Edit: btw, I just noticed that after the crash the block is placed so you can crash one time and then use it.

But it depend on the version that I am using, for example on the latest dev build 1482 i can see the texture but cant place them or it crashes the game(not the server), on the recommended build 1412 I can place and use them but they will appear in my hand as flint and as glass block on the floor. what version should I be using

It can't get the crc before we try to set precached file to it. Does spout load before our plugin?
If not got to spout.org, scroll down and press server-admin development.
If it does, try deleting the crc file in plugins/spout/ note the this will cause all the custom blokc data to be lost !

That is a spout bug, can't fix this, sorry. To prevent this, don't walk while placing the block

Since this error is present in both narrow tux and rpg essentials i figured id come here first to see if i can find a solution. I will also be submitting this error to the respective plugin dev. Any help to resolve this issue is greatly appreciated specialy when 45% of the time it's my own stupidity. Thanks in advance :)

Try going into the modules.yml and try turning
texturepack: true
into
texturepack: false

that's from SpoutEssentials I think, you can delete that, I have almost every ting SpoutEssentials has.
