oh lol, that's very old and I didn't even noticed it :P.
the cooking this is because I made a workaround, it wasn't even possible before. I used flint as a ingredient and it will cook. if there is a item found in the config then it will turn into that item. the fishes where not added yet and I think that I can stop the other items from smelting into cave trouts

oh yeah i see that now your right i didn't read far enough into the stack trace and also another bug is that Iridium,topaz,amethyst,emerald and sapphire all becomes cave trout when cooked and the custom tools don't degrade when you use them and they mine/cut/slice/farm as fast as you hand would. Also when you cook a custom fish they turn into cooked cave trout

yeah that error is when you select a NPC in a world that has RpgEssentials turned off in the config. To fix delete NPC in the world then go into config and enable it for that world then the NPC will work.

Yes, the now wand can edit snow hights, the npc wand is to select npcs and the spawner wand is to edit spawners. The spawner wand doesn't work yet...

Like I said then the owner has to provide the lenght of the song. Ex:
The song is 1:23 mins

is it not possible to add a configuration option (in regions.yml) "music-loop: true or false?" (for a specified region not for all)
so the music get replayed when it's finished?
Sorry when I don't understand what you meaned (or when you mean the same as I sayed :D)
