Posted May 29, 2013Duckdoom5 & the gang are back to work! I've been talking with him a bit on what needs to be done to get the official RpgEssentials server back up and running & the continued development and direction of the plugin itself. Despite frustrations with Spout, I believe development of the plugin will continue in this platform but keep in mind; it is Duckdoom's call.
First phase will probably be updating everything and polishing up what needs to be polished. Once that's finished then those features can be extended. We're currently entertaining the notion that the Vanilla platform will open doors that currently are not available to us.
I'll be trying to get some documentation going on a Tumblr blog or Wiki for you folks so you guys can continue to be in loop about what's going on aside from "oh, expect the next update in so and so amount of days" :)
Thanks for hanging in there and supporting all the awesome work that has gone into this plugin, you guys rock.

Looks like there wont be; last login was april 18th.
My server is plannign on updating this plugin sicne me and my friend know java. If the owner doesnt get back to us on when it might update by may, we will.

- My server is going to be really dependant on this plugin, and im in theory waiting on releasing it till it updates. Currently running a 1.4.7 environment, and it works like a charm!
