Overview
ArathosRPG is a RPG based plugin to provide many upgrades to your server.
Installation:
- Download and install Vault (1.6 used for development)
- Download ArathosRPG and place it inside your Plugins Folder
Commands & Permission
rpgAdds aused /rpg item load <itemname>rpg.item.loadLoads the defined item to your hand​
| Commands | Permissions | Description |
|---|---|---|
| /rpg item create <materialId> <customName> <lore1> <lore2> <lore3> <lore4> | rpg.item.create | Creates a new item with the specified lore and displayname. Other than material id's you can use material names too. (To use spaces in names or lores you need to use "_" it will be replaced with a space) Colors are supported! |
| /rpg item rename <newName> | rpg.item.rename | Add/Change the name of the item your holding. (To use spaces in names or lores you need to use "_" it will be replaced with a space) Colors are supported! |
| /rpg duplicate <amount> | rpg.item.duplicate | Duplicates the item you are holding. |
| /rpg item save | rpg.item.save | Saves the item your holding to a file, so you can easily edit it later on or save customized item to load it later. As filename the displayname of the item is used |
| /rpg item load <itemname> | rpg.item.load | Loads the defined item to your hand |
| /rpg item lore add | rpg.item.lore.add | Changes the lore of the item ur currently Holding. |

Hey there,
first of all im happy you like this plugin.
But please for suggestions use the ticket system.
A own Drop system is planned , also a custom mob system.
But first of all i want to optimize the lore system.
If you use some kind of loot plugin you could post a link and i see if i can insert support.
The mana system is only supported by Heroes so you have to use heroes.
On the next update it has (+mana lore , +spelldamage lore for heroes plugin) If you're using another class system i also need a link to see if i can add support to it.
The Character Attribute System means exactly that what you said.
It will bring a Stat system for you're Server. So you can add
Strengh , Mana , Agility to you're Server.

Inteligence:
The loot system will be on 3rd priority.
Im working on a beta version of the character system and on new lores.
Of course i will add support for most class/skill plugins that have a api to do it.

Posted May 24, 2014Hey, what about a feature for drop chance? It could be done in two ways.
1.(the simple way) make it so the items drop from all mobs in the game, or a group of mobs, like zombies etc.. with a changeable drop % chance
or
2(The advanced way) Make it so you can make custom spawners that drop the specified items. Lets say you create a zombie spawner, then only the zombies that were spawned with that spawner, would drop the listed items, and so on..
Would obviously prefer way 2, but what do you think of it?
Also i would hope that you could start working on the Character Attribute System(Strength,Agility,more ideas?) as this is an essential part of RPG.
Here you go for ideas -
Strength(Damage) Agility(Dodge chance) Armor(Armor) Movement speed - would have to be in small amounts Intelligence(Mana, when and if implemented) Crit chance or/and crit damage
Also the name "Char. attribute system" is it a kind of skill point system? So for each level, you get a skill point, to then level up one of the specified above, or others of course.
A last thing would be to make this skill system in an inventory GUI to make it more user-friendly..
Anyways please answer back on the different questions, and if you need help testing or anything like that, il gladly do it, as i need both the features that i specified for my server to make it just perfect..

Thats true , ArathosVIP is used on 2 server's one of them have +50 instand player till 50 player it didnt cause any probs.
I think for testing 50 player is enough to see if it cause perfomance problems.
I recoded the whole plugin the last 2 days to make it work a lot better and insert more configuration of the server owner using this plugin.
So i can insert a lot more attributes and a lot more plugin support for other plugins.

That would be awesome, because i cant use those Markup stuff.
With a tester i mean testing new updates of bugs so i can fix them before uploading.
I didnt mean a server owner who tests the plugin.
I would really appreciate you're help.

I use just the Skill Package of Heroes , its a bit of math in it to configure the % value of ur dealt dmg.
Lets say you deal 5 damage with a skill for example and on you have +5% Spelldamage you would deal ("5,25") Damage.
Magic Critt works same like Critical Chance of Meele Damage ,
you can define the Magic Critt Chance "+10% Magic-Critt-Chance" and set up you're Magic Critt Damage with with "+10
Magic-Critt-Chance".
For sure all Attribute names can be changed by the Config.
Magic Armor will defend you from "Magic Skills" so you're skill damage - <value>% Magic Armor
I reconized a lot of the unpublic skills have a really messed up SkillType system.
Most of them have "Magic Description" but using the Entity attack Skilltype.
Or damaging the enemy by using the bukkit code , not by directly adding the caster as damager because skills like ("Knockout") wont be reconized by "Magic Skills".
I couldnt implement this because even Heroes doesnt reconize these skills on the skill damage event.
As soon as i finishe the 0.07 update, i will update the github project , i always try to set a description on each method.
So you can see how i change the attributes of the skills.
I guess the ones not effected by the heroes skill event, will be effected on the entitydamagebyentity event.
Before the update is done i will post a documention with all things tested..Unfortenetly i'm still searching a tester
and some help with documenting all stuff because it takes a lot of time testing everything , documenting.

How works SpellDamage and MagicCitiic? Which event do you use and by whet method do you change damage? Is MagicCritic do something else than upgrade damage?
