Permissions(just working if permissions are enabled in config):
RLB.makebutton - Allow user to create button on block-id block
RLB.teleport - Alow user to use randomtp
RLB.trlrport.other - Allow user to teleport other player using /randomtp <name>

but may i make a suggestion?
set spawn locations? like... in the config, you can add certain locations in the world you want people to spawn, and when they press the button it randomly teleports them to one of those coordinates :)
