NOTE: I have abandoned this project, I feel it did pretty badly anyway and it was only privately made for someone. I did a pretty bad job at it and have learned more since I created this. I will no longer update this project and the files will remain on the page for the current version.
Resistance
Hello everyone! This is a quick plugin I've created for someone that let's them assign permission nodes to plays that let them be invincible to lava and fire!
Commands
There are none! It's that simple!
Permissions
- Resistance.Drown - makes you invincible to water, in other words, you cannot breath!
- Resistance.Burn - makes you invincible to fire/lava.
ToDo List
What do you think I should add in the next versions of Resistance? Send me a ticket or write it in the comments!
How It Works
The plugin is a really simple plugin. There is a player join listener and when it is triggered, it gives the player that triggered it an unlimited potion and if it's enabled in the config, it will let you know that you are now invincible to lava/fire!
This plugin is licensed under the MIT License, which basically in short terms, means that this plugin is open source but you have to include credits to me.

Posted Jan 3, 2014Hey, this plugin is amazing! It's exactly what I need. However, whenever someone is /heal'd, they lose their resistance until they log back online. Could you possibly add commands so they can replenish themselves? Or even possibly have a thing that watches for when a person with the permission nodes lose their resistance and automatically have their restance restored.

Posted Aug 28, 2013Thanks. I sketched it up for someone and decided to release it for once. It's simple because that's all the person requested. I don't know if one option if going to suit you though, it has 2 permission nodes. If you have them permission nodes, it instantly gives you water resistance and lava resistance when you log in. It is infinite too, I could possibly change that to go off commands if you like, you'll have to see when the file gets accepted by the moderators.
