About

Residence is different from most protection plugins in that it aims for the users to be able to protect their own homes without having to bother the admin to do it. Residence has support for a variety of different protection types including preventing movement through areas, all of which can be configured by the land owner, and limited by the admin.

Addons

Dynmap Residence - Dynmap plugin that shows residences on the webmap.
ResExtras - Control snow, ice, animals, mobs, and more within a residence.
Residence Fly - Controls flying within a residence. Leaving will cause a player to fall.
Residence Signs - Easy buying/selling/renting with signs.
ResTown - Controls which users can build outside of a residence.
ResProtect - Protects animals via flags
ResCreative - Grants creative on entering a residence.
ResPerm - Adds additional permissions to a player on residence change.
SimpleClansResidence - Integrates Residence and SimpleClans
Flags - Apparently adds flags or something

Can you sell areas or Subzones within a residence for people to buy? I'm trying to make a market that people can walk up to. Click a sign to buy a subzone and then be able to place a chest to sell things from. I have watched a couple of tuts but they all seem to cover the basic's. Every time I try to put a subzone on the market to link to a sign it keeps giving me an "Invalid residence" error. Any suggestions?

Is it possible to make the flag "tp" only available to residences in certain worlds (i.e, can't tp/set +tp flag to residences in world_nether).

Same problem for me... And i'm using PEX latest version for CB 1.2.3. And is it so difficult to make another sub-plugin, with signs?

Why permissions dont working for me? Im using lates versions pex and residence, config - default . I have '*' (all) permissions. And i cant using /res setowner or other admins commands

Hello, I am updating my server to 1.2 and i had residence and i loved it! Now after the update i got the new residence and it does not work! I have vault and permissionsbukkit. The error is this:

There seems to be a error on line 666 in Residence.java I found out that this is the line that is messing it up:

 PermissionGroup group = getPermissionManager().getGroup(player);

Its for permissions but i have permission?

Could someone either add or tell me how to add a command to residence that works like this?

/resadmin removeall seen>30days

This command would remove all residences for users who haven't login within the past 30 days.

Problems 1) Im Op and I have entered the permission node residence.admin for my group. 2) It seems I cannot make a adv. size area and add the residence. Even though its not too big 3) Again, I am Op and have the permission node and I cant create more than 3 Res Areas.
