About

Residence is different from most protection plugins in that it aims for the users to be able to protect their own homes without having to bother the admin to do it. Residence has support for a variety of different protection types including preventing movement through areas, all of which can be configured by the land owner, and limited by the admin.

Addons

Dynmap Residence - Dynmap plugin that shows residences on the webmap.
ResExtras - Control snow, ice, animals, mobs, and more within a residence.
Residence Fly - Controls flying within a residence. Leaving will cause a player to fall.
Residence Signs - Easy buying/selling/renting with signs.
ResTown - Controls which users can build outside of a residence.
ResProtect - Protects animals via flags
ResCreative - Grants creative on entering a residence.
ResPerm - Adds additional permissions to a player on residence change.
SimpleClansResidence - Integrates Residence and SimpleClans
Flags - Apparently adds flags or something

Im using 2.5.2, Vault and Essentials Group Manager. All load and link together however when a user tries to do a /res set pvp false for example, its says "The owner does not have permissions for this", but I am the owner and this user has resadmin permissions.

Please advise.

Also, if the same user tries /res Select, says "You don't have access to selections commands"

Doesn't matter whether or not I use " LegacyPermissions: false" or true, same result.

Yea that's what I'm using, official 2.5.2. Your version works fine.

Installed Vault, it now loads fine (official 2.5.2)

you can try offical v2.5.2 version, or use Vault plugin

my version change bPermissions to below, and not test it(fixed error only)... bPermissions(not test,v2.9.0,use a latest version,i can't found previous version)

Just updated residence from Residence-jar-inori2.5.2-1.1R6%261.2.3beta(ud255) to 2.5.2 and it stopped working, bPermission problem:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: de/bananaco/permissions/Permissions

on Class ResidenceEntityListener implements Listener

need change Event to below:

public void onEndermanPickup(EntityChangeBlockEvent event)

public void onEndermanPlace(BlockCanBuildEvent event)

Just put up a new build, it should fix the issue with entity events not being registered in 1.2.3-R0.1. I didn't have time to fully test it, so if there are more issues with CB1.2.3 please report them and I will try to fix them too when I can. File will be available as soon as its approved, or you can grab it via the Development Build link above :)

@inorixu signs autofill when you type [ForSale] however on right click to buy nothing happens

ive opened my residence world.yml save and replaced all instances of 127 with 255 its protecting above 127 but still cannot select above it ingame

EDIT ok after around 10 restarts ive got an error free startup

with your version of residence i still cannot protect above lvl 127

i have in my config "MaxUpDown: 256" , "MaxHeight: 255" and "MinHeight: 0"
