Residence
About
Residence is different from most protection plugins in that it aims for the users to be able to protect their own homes without having to bother the admin to do it. Residence has support for a variety of different protection types including preventing movement through areas, all of which can be configured by the land owner, and limited by the admin.

- Dynmap Residence - Dynmap plugin that shows residences on the webmap.
- ResExtras - Control snow, ice, animals, mobs, and more within a residence.
- Residence Fly - Controls flying within a residence. Leaving will cause a player to fall.
- Residence Signs - Easy buying/selling/renting with signs.
- ResTown - Controls which users can build outside of a residence.

- ResCreative - Grants creative on entering a residence.

Posted Mar 16, 2013When creepers despawn in a residence that doesn't allow for creeper explosions, it would be cooler for the creeper to either explode with no block damage, or disappear in a cloud of smoke, than just outright disappearing.

Yes, with both of them you can drive over the same roads, the same is with WordGuard and Residence.

I already started but it won't be ready for the 1.5 release. To clarify, this means that there will be a release updated for 1.5 before the release with the config updates.
Details of what it will do when it comes though:
-groups moved out of main config into separate ones(Still will read main if separate are default/not there and main has them)
-Disable/enable options for each flag that comes standard with Residence
-Some other things that you will see when they get here.
I guess I will add min res size to that list though

Posted Mar 9, 2013A few things you might want to add/change.
People can enderpearl into residences which have enderpearling turned off. Animals can be killed by snowballs in residences with animalkilling turned off.
Perhaps you might want to make these impossible :)

Posted Mar 8, 2013I've got a great idea. It's nothing special but some players/users of this plugin would need it. Well I know how to manage with residences, but some players don't. It would be great if you add an option in config.yml no height, that you just right and left click on the ground, create residence and then it would be protected from bedrock (0) to sky (256). It would be more simpler. But I said just an option in config :) At least I would need it on my server :)

I don't know much about this stuff but I suggest getting a new eco plugin. Because that one is wayyyyyyyyyy out of date. That might be your issue.

Same reason WorldGuard doesn't add integration preventing them from being made in res'ed area's, It is not a universal need and therefore should not be in the core plugin.
