Residence
About
Residence is different from most protection plugins in that it aims for the users to be able to protect their own homes without having to bother the admin to do it. Residence has support for a variety of different protection types including preventing movement through areas, all of which can be configured by the land owner, and limited by the admin.

Addons
- Dynmap Residence - Dynmap plugin that shows residences on the webmap.
- ResExtras - Control snow, ice, animals, mobs, and more within a residence.
- Residence Fly - Controls flying within a residence. Leaving will cause a player to fall.
- Residence Signs - Easy buying/selling/renting with signs.
- ResTown - Controls which users can build outside of a residence.
- ResProtect - Protects animals via flags
- ResCreative - Grants creative on entering a residence.
- ResPerm - Adds additional permissions to a player on residence change.
- SimpleClansResidence - Integrates Residence and SimpleClans
- Flags - Apparently adds flags or something

Posted Nov 6, 2012Please Update to 1.4.2 because i cant make pvp if i set Global PVP to false everywhere in the world is PVP ! And i stopped it by the bukkit config pvp:false please update it :(

I'm not using it. Only using Residence plugin. The biggest source of lag seems to come from playermoveevent. Any ideas?

What colour does the message have? If you have WorldGuard and when its dark red it could be WorldGuard that tells you that there is already a zone of Worldguard. If not please post a screen and the log. ;)

That message does not exist in out of the box residence.. You must have done something or have another plugin causing it.

dont u use resprotect? I had no problem with residence, unless I used it with resprotect.. maybe try that.. on 1.4.1 nolagg does not work so I cant say if I have that problem anymore. BUt in 1.3 I had laggy residence so I use resextras instead of resprotect..
