RepairByItem
Description
With "RepairByItem" you are able to repair your tools and armor on an iron block by right clicking.
When you are repairing your stuff, you are paying using the base item of the tool (diamond for diamond tools, iron for iron tools and so on).
The plugin is extremely simple and lightweight yet powerful.
Commands/Permissions/Dependencies
This plugin requires no commands, no permissions and have no dependencies.
How to use it
Just place an iron block and you are ready to go. Then if you want to repair your diamond pickaxe for an example:
- Have at least 1 diamond in your inventory and have the diamond pickaxe in your hand.
- Right-click on the iron block and your tool will be repaired.
- Your items will be repaired a percentage of the base items needed for crafting the item. etc. a diamond pickaxe requires 3 diamonds for crafting = the pickaxe will be repaired 1/3 of its durability for every diamond you use for the repair.

Hi DJMadMax,
Thx for your comment!
I have already thought of a multiplication for the enchantet tools, but I wanted to make sure some servers were using the plugin first - otherwise it would be a waste for me to put time into :-) Secondly - I will look into the configuration part of your comment.
Last but not least.. I have never heard of the MythicDrops plugin and therefore neither the "Gems"... I will try and look into this, because (as far as I understand) that makes it possible for you to always repair your items for free, right? :-)

Posted Nov 9, 2013Hey, nice plugin, since "RepairRecipe" hasnt been updated for a while this one's a good alternative!
Just two questions: 1. Can you add a way that lets me configure the needed material for each item(class) and maybe a multiplier when it's enchanted?
2. I use MythicDrops, which uses "Gems" for socketing items. Those "Gems" can have the texture of a diamond but actually they are not a real diamond. Still, when i repair an "diamond" item with your plugin, it recognizes the "diamond gem" in my inventory and repairs the item. Luckily it doesnt remove the Gem :)
That would be my suggestions. Thank you very much :)
