This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of Minecraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

SimpleRegionMarket has been taken over by a few folks and is now so horribly buggy that i just can't use it. Would be so very happy if this plugin was active again :) I know it still works with 1.4.6, but it would be nice if Mtihc had more time to continue with this great region market plugin... or if a brave soul was able to pick up where he left off ;)

I've thought up a few suggestions for this case.
Make it possible to un-rent a plot
Make it so you can only rent 1 (or certain amount) at a time
Make it so you can un-rent someones plot via command (incase they've forgotten where their cell is!) (ex: /ss removerent <nameofplayer>) That could remove all the players rented plots.

The only things I feel it's missing is a simple /ss price to give the price of the selected area and the ability to have preset WorldGuard flags. Please forgive me if you already have these in here somewhere but I cannot find them.
I know it has similar things for /ss price but I can't seem to get it to tell me the price of the area I have selected. Maybe it's already there and I just don't know how to use it or maybe I have to find a better way to do it but it seems a little inconvenient the way it's setup now.
For the preset WorldGuard flags it would be nice if it was possible to include the ability to set the flags in-game as well as set some presets. I don't see any way of doing this yet. For example it would be nice to include an entry and leaving messages and to shut off mob spawns, entry, etc.
I was testing out this plugin along with PropertyGuard http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/propertyguard/ which has both of these things. However that plugin is missing a lot of the features this plugin has. If it were possible to meld them together it would be the ultimate WorldGuard property plugin.
I still need to add some inform messages, related to inform permissions.
I still need to add refund/payment for redefine command.
I still need to add accept-system for redefine/delete etc.
I still need to write code, to convert the old files, to the new files.
Uhm, that's about it.
And the rent-system of course.
I was also thinking about a teleport command. To teleport to a free region : )
Should be easy now.
School has begun. And I'm already behind.
Also, I lost my job.
This is no excuse, actually. I still got all the time in the world :)
Bottom line is, I'm not done yet. But I haven't forgotten.
I made some false promises before. I said it'd be done in 2 weeks.
That's obviously not true.
I'm not going to give you a time-span this time. Because it will bite me in the ass later.
