Police Patrol


Description:
Players can be cops and arrest players. The cops must be in uniform and have their things to arrest people. Players who are arrested will be sent to jail (or where ever you set the coordinates to). If you have any suggestions for this plugin please let me know in the comments. How to be a cop:
To be a cop you need to have the permission 'realcops.cop' The cop has to be wearing all iron armor The cop needs to have a bow and a blaze rod with them (gun and baton)
How to arrest people:
Right click a player with all the needed things of being a cop The player will be sent to jail (or where ever you set the location to)
Default Config:
The config uses integers so for the coordinates, don't use decimals.
- Uniform is Iron as default but you can make it chainmail. Uniform: Iron Jail: Z: 0 Y: 0 X: 0
Commands:
/rc <Cops | Criminals> - list the cops or criminals that are online.
Permissions:
'realcops.cop' - Gives a player permission to become a Cop
'realcops.criminal' - Gives a player permission to become a Criminal
To Do:
- Ability to join either side, like /rcr join cops or /rcr join criminal, and cops can only arrest criminals.
- Add Vault
- Add an Economy system (People can bail you out)
- Remove faction permission interference when in jail
- Inventory Transferred to a Chest when under arrest (Jail Support)
- Add a voting system for innocent criminals that members can decide on
- Add a "Wanted" list
- Add a reporting system (Players can report to police officers if they witness a "crime")
- Add configuration for uniform options
- No Known Bugs*
- No Copyright Infringement Intended, Updating per downloaders' request*

Posted May 3, 2012please update this,there are many errors. when somebody try to jail a npc or an aninmal. "Could not pass player event" and something like that ^^

Could be nice if a series of commands could be executed upon "arresting". I will look after this plugin very closely, however it does not satisfy our needs just yet.

Posted Apr 17, 2012A better suggestion than tying into a specific jail would be to execute a command upon capturing the criminal. This could be better, as it allows players to use one of the many Jail systems out there, and customize what should be done. (i.e. You may want to kick ban upon capture)

I really love the towny idea. One small thing, if it is possible, would be to make it so players can only be captured if they are within the town who tries to arrest them. Otherwise players will wander over to someone else's town and start arresting them because they can.

Posted Apr 17, 2012Perhaps you could provide a way for OP to create a named list of jail coordinates to which a node such as realcopsreloaded.jail.[jail name] could be assigned to cops in different towns? This would allow a cop in Town1 to send people to Town1's jail, and a cop in Town2 to send a player to Town2's jail...etc. Each town's jail could be called differently and have it's own coordinates.
