React - A reason to look into chat!

React has only been tested on Minecraft 1.12 with Spigot and CraftBukkit (a little).
In addition, to the testing, Java 8 on Linux was used, so errors can occur when using Java 7 or Windows.

Description

Have you ever wanted to give your players a semi-good reason to look into chat? If so, this is a plugin for your server.
React sends out a generated word, everyone can see, containing different characters (small and capital letters) and numbers (0-9).
Hereafter, it is time for the players to react to this word, and whoever can type the word first (case-sensitive) will be rewarded by either money or item(s).

Information

There is a safe-mechanism for the hover function against CraftBukkit server. It cannot be turned on.

The money reward will only with Vault and an economy plugin (I used iConomy 7), but I guess it will work with economy plugins that support Vault.

I have tried to use the most efficient way to do the scoreboard.

Command

/react <mystats | scoreboard>

No permissions.
