Send a variety of messages on your server.
Send broadcasts without the [Broadcast] prefix supporting color codes.

Where is this useful?

This could be used to be put on command signs for the end of quests to send them an ActionBar saying "You gained 30 Levels of XP" (Shown below)
This could be used to broadcast events happening and completions (Shown below)
This could used to troll players (if you really want to)
And much more!

The commands are very simple.

/rawac <message> OR /rawaction <message> Send an ActionBar to the entire server.
/rawacmsg <player> <message> OR /rawactionmsg <player> <message> Send an ActionBar to the specified player.
/rawbc <message> OR /rawbroadcast <message> Send an Broadcast to the entire server.
/rawmsg <player> <message> OR /rawmessage <player> <message> Send a message to the specified player.

There is a permission for each command.

raw.bc - Access to broadcast a message
raw.msg - Access to send a specified player a message
raw.action - Access to send an actionbar to the entire server
raw.actionmsg - Access to send an actionbar to the specified player
