RasBeer
Have you ever made a tavern/inn/bar, and nothing to serve your customers? I got a solution for that! RasBeer. This plugin allows the users to craft and drink beer. There are other beer plugins but I did not find them good enough. They were all command based. That's not cool. So I made this. When you drink a beer it gives you various potion effects, Nausea, Slowness, Blindness and Resistance.

You can't rename stuff yet. Just delete your config. or, replace cider with ale and rhum with beer.

Try to show me the config file when you change the recipe. Also, use the ticket system.

Posted May 22, 2013Hi Rasmase ! I wanted to thank you for this plugin, because I knew Beer and more which was a great mod but there wasn't a real alcohol plugin which can allow us to make a tavern and stuff like that !
So it's wonderful we can drink beer \o/ But I got a problem, when I try to make a new recipe, other than the "beer" paragraph it doesn't work. When I change the recipe of the beer it works but not for ale and if I want to create another one.
Once again it would also be cool if we could choose our own effects according to the drink !
Keep doing the good work, I'm using it on my Hamachi server, so you can't really see how it looks but I will manage to do a great tavern thanks to you.

In pex you can do like this:
brewer:
permissions:
- -beer.ale.brew
Or something like that.

Ill test it again, but you may be right. And I want it to change, since we have an innkeeper class, and I want that class to be the only one who can brew :P

It only appears when they are shift-clicking, am i right?
Also, permission to brew ale is enabled by default. You should not have to change anything.

Posted May 9, 2013Hi there, I'm having trouble getting permissions to work properly with this. I tried making it so that my players cannot craft the ale, but when they try, it says they have no permission, but the ale still appears in their inventory. What am I doing wrong?

Can i see your Config? You make recipes in the config. If you upgraded from 3.0 or below, delete your config.
Also, i would really appreciate if you used the ticket system in the future.

Posted May 9, 2013I can't get the recipe to work. The "/beer give ale" command works fine. Do I need to make a custom recipe in CraftBook?

Posted May 7, 2013Is that water or potions in the crafting recipe picture you posted?
Configurable effects (any potion effect, and maybe even a few custom effects), along with configurable recipes and names/lores would be nice. If this plugin utilises damage values and not just NBT Tags to determine which "potion" becomes the beer, it would be great if we could configure which damage value(s) gets used too.
