Rare Item Hunter
Does Minecraft seem tame and unadventurous to your players? Are there no mobs left to challenge them, no armors nor weapons left to collect? Do monsters hide in dirt houses at night because they fear your players come out to fight? Then this plugin is for you!
Once configured, epic monster eggs will randomly appear throughout your world as often or rarely as you like for your players to hunt using their trusty legendary compass.
When they find and awaken the beasts, they can rage righteous battle against the invading monsters.
If they are victorious, they can collect the beast's remains in the form of a "Rare Essence."
The fun isn't over yet though!
They must then collect your customized recipes to build rare item components they can enchant their items with!
Features
Setup
- Drop the plugin in your plugins folder
- Configure config files to taste
- Use /ri spawnpoint to create spawn points where bosses can spawn. The syntax is /ri spawnpoint <name> <radius>
The radius can be small (10-20) to make specific spawn points, or large (200-500) to make very wide spawn regions of your world. If you want, you can just make one spawn point in the center of your world and set the radius to 3000-5000, it's up to you.

You can customize the essence recipes in the component_recipes.yml file.

My very persistent players are putting beds, meleeing them down to death naked, even if it takes hours.

my property_costs.yml and config.yml is the Default,only change the costType to money or xp
the xp is not have functioning and money is error...
is the Problem possible i use the ess's eco system?

It always say not "you need least ? xp to use skill" but i see my exp have over 1000 why cant't i change cost type? Server plugins and Version is craftbukkit-1.4.7-R1.0 Essentials,Lockette,Multiverse,Vault,WorldEdit,WorldGuard,xAuth,Chairs-1.4,BookShop,ChestShop3-46,CookieMonster,CreativeGates
then the cost type change to money also error,but it is not have message like "you need least ? xp to use skill"

Posted Mar 26, 2013Is there a way so we can set them to drop items/xp instead of just the "rare essence". Instead of would be good too. leave the rare for the hard bosses but leave something worth killing for the easier ones.

I just double checked and I'm running v1.5.1 Bukkit with v1.5 of this plugin and I'm able to spawn eggs just fine.
